What we do...
Our physiotherapists will initially take the time to discuss your goals and plans for training, then use this information to selected the most appropriate screening tools at our disposal to work out the possible areas of weakness or most significant risks that could contribute to injury.
After these tests we formulate an individualised report to guide your training in the right direction.
